To qualify for the Cash Reward, you (hereafter Client) must agree to the below terms and conditions:

This agreement applies to the purchase of any property in Orange County by Client in the next 8 months. Said Cash Reward is only due and payable at the close of escrow for any property purchased during this agreement period.

The OC Realty Group agrees to put forth time, expertise, and commitment in assisting Client in finding and acquiring a suitable property to purchase as described above. Client agrees to work exclusively with OC Realty Group during this 8 month period of time. Client agrees to use the OC Realty Group as the 'Selling Agent' of record when buying any property in Orange County during this 8 month period of time. In addition, Client is under no obligation to buy a property during this 8 month period of time.
